$1,000 for Trinity members

$1,250 for non-members

1. Above prices include pastor, organist and sexton. However, the fee is the same even if you use an outside pastor and/or organist.
2. If using an outside pastor, bulletin fees are not included and will be extra depending on number of bulletins required to print, etc.
3. All outside officiates must be approved by Trinity’s Pastor (some religious traditions are not allowed to use the sanctuary for marriages).
4. All outside organists must be approved by Trinity’s organist.
5. Wedding services have a maximum time limit of one and one-half (1 ½) hours.
6. One rehearsal (maximum limit of one (1) hour) is included in price.
7. A deposit of $250 is required as a late fee (see below).

For Use of the Undercroft for a Reception

$500 for Trinity members

$750 for non-members

Special Restrictions

1. For decorations: no staples, tape, or adhesives are to be used as that can damage the woodwork and walls.
2. For alcohol: Trinity does not have a liquor license and, for insurance purposes, alcohol is typically not permitted to be served. This can be changed on consultation with the pastor or council.
3. Absolutely no alcohol will be allowed on the premises prior to the wedding and definitely not in the Sacristy.
4. Above price is for 4 hours. Each additional hour is $50 per hour.
5. Use of kitchen is not permitted.

Upon Signing of Contract and Deposit

A deposit of one-half of any applicable fee is required when signing the contract for the wedding.  The remaining balance and Certificate of Liability is due thirty (30) days before the event date.  In addition, a check for $250.00 will also be required but not cashed unless the bridal party accrues Late Fees as described above (if the wedding party is more than 20 minutes late). If the wedding proceeds on time, the $250 check will be returned to the bride and groom.
